iIcon Shipping is a freight forwarding service for Jamaican customers. After you create an account, we email you your personal U.S. Florida shipping address and unique customer ID (e.g. DSI001). Ship your online purchases to that address and we receive, process, and forward your packages to Jamaica via air or sea freight. You can track your shipments in real time and we deliver to all 14 parishes island-wide.
Air freight typically takes 3–5 business days from the time your package arrives at our Florida warehouse. Sea freight takes approximately 7–14 business days depending on the destination parish. You will receive tracking updates throughout the entire process so you always know where your package is.
Air freight rates are based on package weight. See our Rates & Pricing page for the full weight-based price table (0–11 lbs). Sea freight is priced per cubic foot. Customs duties are estimated using Jamaican customs tariff rates. You can upload your purchase invoices through your iIcon account for accurate duty estimates.
Once your package arrives at our Florida warehouse you will receive a tracking number that lets you monitor your shipment in real time through your iIcon account. We deliver to all 14 parishes in Jamaica including Kingston, St. Andrew, Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Mandeville, and more.
